Grandma's Posies Let Him In
In the Farmland, we know oh so well, the importance of the latter rain.
Ripening green crops, increasing the harvest, it completes it, giving the greatest gain.
The latter rain helps the green fruits sweetly ripen, on the vine or in the plain,
yielding the harvest, plentiful bounty, for the labors of workers who choose to remain.
Choose to work each day for the good fruits and pray to our father for the latter rain,
to increase the harvest on that day appointed, when sin and evil will no longer reign.
Stand and be counted as the good servant and receive His blessings waiting for you.
Remember His lessons, apply His word daily in all that you say, in all that you do.
Learn to receive His latter rain friend, His instruction written to you! It’s clear, it’s plain,
stay in His letter, receive understanding, stay in His plan and receive your new name.
You’re His child of light friend, there is no one like you, make that choice to lean on Him.
Once you love Him, you learn He always loved you and was there waiting, for you to let Him in.
